All orders are prepared and shipped with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and delivered. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

While we aim to deliver within the expected timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns Policy

If your order isn’t what you expected, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unburned, and in their original condition.

• All products must be re-packed securely in their original packaging, including incense, stones, smudge sticks, accessories, and any included cards.

• Returns that arrive damaged or incomplete may not qualify for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and restocking fees may apply if additional handling is required.

Exchange Policy

If you’d prefer to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges follow the same requirements as returns:

• Items must be unused and in original condition.

• All components must be returned in original packaging.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement. Additional shipping charges may apply.
